Terms and Conditions (T&C)

• Age Restrictions: Customers are required to declare that they are 18 years of age or older when registering to place an order, as it is illegal to sell alcoholic products to those under 18 in Hong Kong.

• Order Acceptance: The platform reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its sole discretion. For instance, orders might be cancelled due to incorrect pricing caused by technical glitches. If an order is cancelled, any charged amounts will be refunded to the customer's account within 30 days.

• Payment: Accepted payment methods include WeChat Pay, Alipay, Visa, and MasterCard. The platform uses third-party payment services, and customers need to comply with the T&Cs of those services. The platform disclaims liability for any losses arising from credit card transactions.

• Delivery: Goods can only be shipped to valid addresses in Hong Kong, excluding outlying islands, hotel rooms, ports, etc. Orders under HK$1,000 incur a HK$120 delivery fee. Customers should receive deliveries on the scheduled date; otherwise, an additional HK$200 administrative fee may be charged for redelivery. The platform won't be liable for losses caused by delivery delays.
