This data is encrypted and anonymized immediately after verification .​

• Usage data (browsing history, product views) via cookies and similar technologies, strictly for service optimization.​

• Device information (IP address, browser type) to ensure compliance with Hong Kong's digital service regulations.​

3. How We Use Your Information​

• To process orders, arrange delivery, and fulfill contractual obligations under Hong Kong law.​

• To verify that users are aged 18 or above, as required by the Dutiable Commodities (Amendment) Ordinance 2018, which prohibits alcohol sales to minors .​

• Age verification data is encrypted and deleted immediately after successful confirmation, in compliance with data minimization requirements under the PDPO.​

• Anonymous usage data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes, provided it cannot be linked to any individual.​

5. Sharing Your Information​

• With licensed third-party service providers (e.g., local delivery companies, payment processors) solely to complete transactions. These providers are contractually bound to comply with the PDPO and protect your data.​

• With Hong Kong regulatory authorities (e.g., Department of Health’s Tobacco and Alcohol Control Office) if required by law, particularly for age verification compliance .​
